About Chef Milliron

My name is Mark Milliron, CSC, and I love food. I’ve been cooking for 20 years, but started off with humble beginnings at Mrs. Winner’s. I graduated from the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America (CIA) with perfect attendance in 1994.

I learned more about pleasing palates working for seven years at Cherokee Town and Country Club in Buckhead. Cherokee is an award-winning establishment, voted the number one Country Club in the nation by the Country Club Managers Association of America. Cherokee was a fantastic place where I honed my culinary skills and continued to perfect my craft.

I left Cherokee in 2001 to start my own business, Dining In. The CSC after my name means “certified sous chef,” a credential I earned from the American Culinary Federation in 2002. I’ve won numerous culinary competition awards, four silver medals and one bronze.

My son Charlie is my number one client. He enjoys my peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and scrambled eggs.
